What is the typical shipping timeframe for my order?
Standard orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, and delivery typically takes 2-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
How should I care for my handmade items?
To preserve the quality of our unique designs, we recommend hand washing in cold water and laying flat to dry. Avoid using harsh chemicals or bleach to ensure the longevity of the materials.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we strive to process orders quickly, changes or cancellations can only be made within 1 hour of purchase. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to make an adjustment.
